My Friend and me discussed about the latest movie "Mothi Vilaiyadu".. Let i share it with u!!

Vinay is taking on an action avatar in his film "Mothi Vilaiyadu", directed by Saran. Kajal Aggarwal (of "Pazhani" and "Bommalattam" fame) is paired opposite Vinay, who plays the son of a millionaire.

Lets have a Look into the story..

Rajan Vasudev (Kalabhavan Mani) is a big tycoon and has many rivals who are planning to destroy his empire. His only son Uday (Vinay) stays with his friend Mathan (Yuva) and lives a luxury life. One day while driving he meets with an accident that he believes is caused by Eswari (Kajal Agrawal) and so demands compensation. Eswari tries to convince him but Uday forces her to work in his house as a maid to compensate the loss he sustained. The hate between them slowly develops into love.

On their own, Vinay and Kajal played their role well. Vinay's rich boy looks and Kajal's funny act suit their character well but they lack some romance chemistry. Kalabhavan Mani as a rich tycoon dad may not be really convincing but still he played his part to satisfaction. Comedy track by Santhanam were okay. Music by Colonial Cousins was just average, as the film lacks a solid hit track.

The film managed to provide some unexpected twist in the second half but our interest doesn't last long. The cat and mouse game played by the main characters failed to impress us either.

Saran has tried his best to make an entertaining film with a modern feel but ended up using a slow script to narrate the story. Watch "Modhi Vilayadu" to see its luxurious set but don't expect much of anything else.

This is our opinion about this film.. On the Whole, We can enjoy this film..
